BRIEF

Daily media coverage that would convey the grandeur and gravitas of the project, delivering motion edits and stills galleries at the end of each day. Branded content featuring event sponsors. A documentary short film capturing the event as a whole.

OUR APPROACH

Over the course of seven days, we executed full visual coverage of the inaugural Work Week challenge — 7 marathons in 7 days with 7 athletes across 7 disciplines. Our approach was grounded in flexibility — ensuring we had a small and nimble crew, a lightweight camera package, and modular equipment that would allow us to tailor our strategy each day toward the task at hand. Whether filming from a kayak, a truck bed, or hiking side by side with the athletes, we had to be able to pivot as needed and transport our equipment from the bottom of the Colorado to the top of a ski resort. As the miles ticked by and our endurance was tested, we had to remain laser focused on our three different objectives: simultaneously shooting for daily edits, branded content, and a short film.
